Returns

We strive for our Customers’ satisfaction with their purchases, thus we’ve designed our Returns Policy to be straightforward, equitable, and reasonable for all involved parties.

Upon receiving your order, it’s crucial to inspect the delivery. If any issues arise during inspection, you must inform us within a reasonable timeframe of 48 hours after receiving your order. To facilitate our Customer Service Team’s prompt handling of your inquiry, please notify us by replying to your Order Confirmation email, ensuring we have all the necessary information for a swift resolution. Kindly include a photo of the received goods or any items in question.

 

Considering change of mind returns?

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, change of mind returns are typically not accepted.
OzChem Co reserves the right to impose a ‘restocking’ fee if a customer cancels their order prematurely.

 

Encountering faulty or damaged goods?

Let’s sort that out for ya. OzChem Co will accept product returns and offer an exchange, refund, or repair only under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty; or
  • Is not of acceptable quality; or
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
  • The product exhibits defects, lacks acceptable quality, differs significantly from the displayed or described specifications, or does not fulfill its intended purpose as stated by the manufacturer (as specified in the Safety Data Sheet, pamphlets, brochures, and website).

Firstly – Please inform us by replying to your Order Confirmation email. Kindly attach a photo of the received goods or the item in question to provide us with all the necessary information.

Remedy – Depending on the nature of the purchased goods and the problem encountered, we will either undertake repairs, offer replacements, or issue a refund if stocks are depleted, excluding initial delivery charges. OzChem Co bears no responsibility for any loss (including goods, wages, profits, revenue, or goodwill), damage to individuals or property, personal injury, or loss of life.

Refund Time Frame – Upon approval of your claim, kindly allow a maximum of 7 business days from the return of the goods to our Warehouse for the refund to undergo processing. For security reasons, refunds will only be issued using the same method as the original purchase, such as crediting the refund back to the same card.
